Is Information Overload Real?

Everyday our brains are challenged by new information. It comes from everywhere, friends and family, television and radio and the internet.
But this barrage of information is nothing new to us since it started even before we learned to speak and walk.
Below is a video where Tellman Knudson tells us what he thinks information overload really is. However I think he may have oversimplified it.
Is information overload really just procrastination?
I don’t think so. Personally I think it’s a result of really wanting to learn how to do something right, getting a ton of information and then being confused.
This confusion then results in procrastination.
Is Tellman’s cure correct?
Sort of.
While his cure for information overload is short and direct there are other ways. You can start with a free blog or even a social networking account like Twitter or Facebook.
The point is, to cure your information overload you must decide where to start, build a plan and then DO IT!
Will your plan work? I don’t know but then neither will you if you don’t try.
To Your Success,
Susan
P.S. Let me know what you think of Tellman’s video, especially those boots he tried on at the end. Talk about wild!
