Survey About How To Build Email Lists

Recently I did a Google search on the phrase:

how to build email lists

both with and without quotes and discovered…

Only one site listed in the top 10 really actually tells you the basics about how to build email lists. And while the article gives some basic information it doesn’t give enough information to actually perform the required steps or list any free resources for more information or tools.

Now since 99.9% of all successful online marketers agree that to be successful you need a list and yet a lot of folks haven’t tried to build one, I figured there must be a problem somewhere that no one is talking about.

And because I don’t want to get comments like:

“The topic is How to Create Your Own E-mail Mailing List, and the subject matter talks about the usages and benefits of creating a mailing list.

I came looking for information on how to do it, and find totally useless information”

I’m asking you to tell me the type of information you’re looking for.

    Awesome, I was searching for something along the lines of this. I was thinking, do you think newsletters are still an great way of marketing online? Does anybody still use them well and actually get readers?

      Hi Nick,

      Yes, I think newsletters are one of the best ways to market online. And yes, many people use them very effectively and get plenty of readers.
